Please email us at support@fableandmane.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we cannot change any order information. Please ensure the correct postal code is entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.
If you have accidentally entered the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks but the postal service will eventually return the package to us.
