If you have gathered enough Tiger Points to qualify for a reward you will be promoted with a 'redeem' button when you access the 'rewards portal' after logging in to your customer account.
Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
Once you have redeemed points for a reward, the reward will remain in your customer account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customer account if a reward is redeemed and not used.
Please note that some rewards have expiry & minimum spend thresholds and are only valid for use within the expiry period. The expiry periods will be communicated in the rewards section of your customer account. The minimum spend threshold for all rewards is $/£5.
Please note that Tiger Points are only applicable to international orders that have created an account
