Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly contact us through our website support within 48 hours of delivery along with pictures of the damaged products. After investigation, we will offer you a replacement within 15 working days, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item(s).

Kindly contact us by reaching out to us through our website support within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch the correct Product(s) within 15 working days or if the original Product(s) are no longer available we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item(s) delivered due to error.
Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reasons except for clauses (1) and (2) mentioned above.
We are unable to refund any postage costs or sales tax incurred. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide instructions on how to return your goods.
